O.P remains different in that we believe operators should be back on the air talking. No skip? No problem, talk to your radio friend a few miles away or create a local or county Net each week.

The rewards are you don’t just talk to members in your own group on line but get to talk to other operators from other groups, keep the radio alive and make new radio friendships in the process. The O.P ethos!

27.555 Mhz and the O.P monitor frequency 27.535Mhz are great places to make CQ/QSO but if there is NO skip don’t be afraid to put out a ‘CQ CALL’ as you and others alike are all still waiting for the skip in silence!
